Senior Portrait Session in Kona Hawaii
Matt had his senior photos taken on the Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. His family decided to have the shoot in the morning. Morning light is a great choice for portraits; you get deep blues and rich greens in the backgrounds and it is not too hot earlier in the morning. Try to avoid afternoon for a portrait in that the sun is harsher and the light not as soft and flattering.
As with all my portraits we walked around the grounds offering a variety of backgrounds and different poses.
