A great option for a small and intimate wedding is to have your wedding in the backyard of your vacation rental. There are a lot of rentals that are set up for backyard weddings and a lot that have just enough space to have a small and intimate wedding either by the pool or on a lawn. This wedding was down south of Kailua Kona in Captain Cook with views of Kealakekua Bay.
Some folks opt to rent tables and chairs to be able to have the reception on the property as well, while other weddings have had the wedding on the property and then moved to a local restaurant for the reception dinner.
I chose photos for this post that I hope gives a flavor for the entire event from the set up and getting ready to portraits after the wedding.
