I was Miki and Kota’s kona wedding photographer at the Mauna Lani Bay Resort and Spa.  Starting with pre wedding photographs around the grounds of the resort and then marrying on the grass lawn with the ocean in the background.

Sunset photos were taken on the beach just a few steps away from the ceremony site. This couple came from Japan to celebrate their marriage ceremony in Hawaii.

One of my favorite parts of the wedding was when all the guest threw the rose petals in the air onto the couple.  It made the couple smile and also made for a great photograph.
